These are the kinds of site we will quote for, anywhere in the United Kingdom. A type of site on this page is not a client we are claiming to hold. If you do not see the building you have, write anyway and name it.
BuildConstruction sites, fit-outs, and compounds. The quote covers the gate, the hours the site is live, and what happens when the site is shut.
StoreWarehouses, yards, and stock rooms. Tell us what is stored, who is allowed in, and whether the officer is at a gate or walking a route.
ShopShops and shopping streets. A retail quote is about opening hours, the door, and closing. It is not a promise to detain people.
OfficeOffices and professional buildings. Reception cover, out-of-hours locking, and a named person to email if a visitor is refused.
VenuePubs, bars, and other licensed premises that need door supervisors. The licence on the door matches the law for that role.
EventFairs, private gatherings, and one-night uses of a building. The date, the capacity you expect, and the finish time belong in the first note.
EmptyVacant houses, shops, and commercial units. Visits or a posted officer, for as long as the property is empty.
CleanSites that also need cleaning. Quoted separately from the security, so the two fees are not mixed into one vague line.
